The Hospitality Village at the World Rugby Classic is situated right beside the playing field thus providing guests a unique position from which to watch International rugby. The Village can cater to up to 2,000 people a day in tented facilities which can accommodate from 75 to 500 people. The Village attracts all the top companies in Bermuda, using the Classic Week to entertain clients from around the world.

Bermuda has built up a hospitality structure over the past twenty years with many of the Island’s top restaurants now providing outside catering. Menus can range from buffets to barbecues to three course meals, and all provided within the client’s own enclosure with pitch-side seating also included. The Classic will provide all of the facilities (tent, tables, chairs, bar structure, custom-made badges) at a cost of $100 per person, with a minimum fee of $6,000.

 

The Classic can also recommend a range of caterers who have been involved with the event for many years and who can provide a wide range of menus, at varying prices, from which to choose. But if the client prefers a “turn key” scenario, catering to smaller numbers, then the Members Tent, situated in the Village, is the place to be. This is the VIP facility at the Classic, catering to sponsors, international guests & VIPs with all of the catering, meals, wine etc all included in the cost.

Over the years the Members Tent has been used by overseas companies to entertain their clients in the knowledge that they will be situated in a first class facility which is unique in the world of sport.

Tables of ten may be reserved with the cost ranging from $2,250 to $3,000 depending on the day.
