Bermuda, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the United States took part in the inaugural event while, for the past number of years Argentina, Australia, the British Isles, Canada, France, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Sates have been the participants. New Zealand have been the most prolific winners with nine victories followed by the British Isles ( 7), South Africa (4), Argentina (2) and France and Wales one each. | | Read more... | |
